*For 16-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive ÂŁ200 each. for 20-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive ÂŁ250 each. for 25-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive ÂŁ300 each. for 30-hour contracts and above, the referrer and referee will receive ÂŁ400 each.
