*For 16-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive £200 each. for 20-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive £250 each. for 25-hour contracts, the referrer and referee will receive £300 each. for 30-hour contracts and above, the referrer and referee will receive £400 each.
