EveryDay different
EveryDay is a social enterprise, formed in 2015 by the charity Age UK North Tyneside, which has been delivering professional personal care and support to people in the local community for more than 20 years.
We are in a very unique position as a social enterprise, any profits generated by us are donated back to the charity to help fund vital services for local, older people.
Our Accreditation & Quality Marks
Delivering high quality care, protecting dignity and privacy, and building trust are our top priorities.
Our entire team is trained to a very high standard, and brings with it an important mix of professional skills with a personal touch. We are regularly inspected and monitored by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), to ensure we’re meeting national standards complying to care service delivery and safeguarding adults.
In all our services, it’s our commitment to honour a person’s needs and wishes while protecting health, independence and human rights.
In our most recent inspection we were rated ‘Requires Improvement’. We can support adults, with all kinds of different support needs and from all walks of life, to live independently in their own home.

We can offer extra help around the home, including housekeeping, companionship and much more.
Our Wellbeing Centres provide long-term carer relief, personal bathing service, meals, social activities and so much more.
Our homecare service supports individuals to live independently within their own home with a tailored care plan.
We help individuals manage complex health conditions, such as dementia and end-of-life care.
We provide care in Extra Care Schemes across Newcastle and North Tyneside to enable each resident to live well and independently.
Our specialist Dementia Extra Care Scheme, the first of its kind in North Tyneside supports those living with all stages of Dementia.

Kerry Parker the Executive Director of EveryDay Care & Support Services, bringing more than 35+ years of experience in adult social care and a further 21 years of dedicated service with Age UK. Starting her career as a community care worker, Kerry developed a deep understanding of the challenges, aspirations, and everyday realities faced by people who rely on care and support services.
“My leadership is rooted in compassion, respect, and a genuine passion for helping people live fulfilling lives. I always keep a caring nature and positive outlook, and I believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and empathy. I remains committed to ensuring that people are seen, heard, valued, and supported to achieve the best possible quality of life.“
Audra Proud is the Senior Care at Home Manager for EveryDay Care & Support. With over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, she leads domiciliary and community support services, ensuring high standards of quality, safeguarding, compliance and person-centred care.
“I am passionate about helping people remain independent in their own homes, providing compassionate, reliable support that enhances wellbeing, choice and quality of life.”
With over 30 years’ experience in health and social care, including more than 20 years with EveryDay, Angela leads the delivery of high-quality care services across the Wallsend and North Shields Extra Care Schemes. She is passionate about ensuring customers receive outstanding, person-centred support and is committed to continually improving the care experience for those who use the service.

With over 35 years experience in health and social care, Lynne is the Senior Care at Home Manager for EveryDay, leading teams across multiple services in Newcastle to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. She is passionate about supporting people to remain independent in their own homes, supporting colleagues to deliver compassionate, person-centered care that makes a real difference to people’s lives, while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
