EveryDay Care & Support remains committed to providing high-quality care, and whilst the recent CQC inspection resulted in a change of rating, we continue to prioritise the digital transformation programme which unfortunately impacted on the outcome of the inspection.
The company is investing significantly in seven new digital platforms by the market leaders in line, the inspection took place in October 2024, 8 months into a 24-month robust Implementation Programme. This programme includes the digitalisation of all records which will transform the service delivered.
With these positive steps in place, EveryDay Care & Support is confident in delivering even better outcomes for those they support and that the new developments will demonstrate significant progress in preparation for the next inspection.
